Very, very few pop bands incorporate jazz influences authentically. Badly performed swing rhythms and bolted on brass have zero to do with jazz. Really From bucks this trend. Verse blends American Football style guitars, ECM inflected trumpet and atmosphere, and sensitive drumming to create an organic listening experience.
